As both Ashley and Mihael have unique and extensive educational backgrounds in both fitness and gymnastics they are each willing to spread their knowledge with the community! You can now request a private clinic for your team or group!! Clinics range from thirty minutes to two hours of education in the following areas…
– Flexibility Training for your specific sport
– Your choice of a specific tumbling skill or area
– Safety in the gym for coaches and athletes
– Drills for skills (you choose the skills)
– Jumps, leaps, or turns
– Stage presence for competitive fitness
– Motivational interactive goal setting for athletes
Pricing per participant (minimum of 6 participants) – If coaches and athletes participate together coaches come for half price!
30 minutes: $20 each
1 hour: $25 each
90 minutes: $30 each
