Group Training

Kratos Gymnastics is thrilled to partner with Nike Gymnastics Camps for an exciting week of competitive gymnastics training!

Hosted at our Bethel, CT facility from July 6–10, 2026 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM), this camp is open to female gymnasts Levels 3–10 and Xcel Bronze–Sapphire.

Athletes will receive expert coaching with personalized attention, focusing on ballet for precision and lines, mental training for focus and confidence, flexibility and strength circuits to unlock new skills, and high-energy drills filled with fun and encouragement.

In a small-group environment, every gymnast gets the spotlight she deserves to build strength, technique, and unbreakable mindset—powered by the legendary Nike + Kratos collaboration of victory and raw power.

1:1 Private lessons: $150 for 90 minutes
