(Ages 3–4): Twice per week, 45 minute classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 am - 8:45 am. Structured skill-building in basic tumbling, balance, coordination, and strength through clear progressions and repetition in a safe, disciplined setting.
(Girls Kindergarten–5th Grade): All-around development across vault, bars, beam, floor events, flexibility training, and dance elements to build technical foundation and confidence. Choose one: • Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
(Girls Ages 7–16): Blended training in acro skills, dance strength, flexibility, tumbling progressions, and stunting readiness for performance power and artistry. Choose One • Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:15 pm – 8:15 pm • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2:45 pm – 4:45 pm
